This Georgian purpose-built maisonette was acquired by our client in a dated, poor state of repair, requiring some serious care and attention.

We stripped things back to bare brick and started again. We rewired, replumbed and replastered and carried out a full interior design. We used a light palette and reflective materials to enhance this high-ceilinged period property.

Original features such as ceiling roses, coving, picture and dado rails, entrance tiling and fireplaces were retained and restored. Particular attention was paid to the new kitchen and bathroom to create contemporary spaces suited to modern living.
