The project comprised the complete refurbishment of a three-storey period property previously converted into 3 apartments. Planning permission for two rear extensions, at ground and first floors, and a loft conversion was secured by Claudio Novello Architects and Morph were commissioned to provide detailed design, secure approval under the building regulations and provide contract administration.

As expected with jobs of this nature and complexity, considerable design amendments due to client changes and building control requirements were required as the works on site progressed. The finished result yielded three generously proportioned and appointed, light, airy two-bedroomed apartments.
